"I'm a 53-year-old currently going through perimenopause. Because of this, I started gaining weight around my mid-section. I wanted to see if the red light contouring would be helpful, and it was! I have a pretty straight figure, to begin with - my hip measurements are not much bigger than my waist. I also had a disproportionate amount of fat on my lower back and sides that sat on top of my hip bones, giving me a square-ish, lumpy figure. No matter how thin I got and how much I worked out, I never could achieve more of a smoother, figure-8 look. My hope was that this "difficult fat" on my back and sides would shrink down a bit and help make my waist and stomach smaller.

I'm 5'5" and weighed 121 when I started the treatments. I know I'm not overweight, but I swear all of my fat was in my stomach and lower back.
